The COVID-19 Infected Home Service and the Home Disinfection Service do not require people, pets, and plants to be absent from the home throughout the duration of the disinfection treatment. We know it can be very challenging to have the infected person(s) leave the home for any amount of time.

The Platinum Home Disinfection Service (+HVAC) does require all people, pets, and plants to be absent from the home throughout the duration of the disinfection treatment (4-6 hours).
For all Home Disinfection services, we recommend that paintings/artwork be removed before treatment. For a nominal fee, we can wrap or relocate those items to your garage or other place of your choosing. While we will treat your possessions with the utmost care, we can not relocate them without a wavier.

Q: It sounds like it may be dangerous. Is this safe?
A: Yes, it is 100% safe. It would be harmful to be in the house during the Ozone Shock Treatment, as ozone will harm organic tissue, particularly lungs, eyes, and skin. We won't be in there either. Ozone breaks down to Oxygen relatively quickly, and once the ozone concentration is at a safe level (like it is in your house now), it is totally harmless.
Q: How do you know if the ozone concentration has reached a safe level?
A: We use calibrated, laboratory grade ozone detectors to evaluate the concentration, and will not leave before the interior of your home has reached the EPA defined, safe level of ozone concentration.
Q: I'm worried about people being in my house while I'm not there. How do you address that?
A: We are equipped to provide you with a live and recorded body cam video feed of the duration of the entire service. You don't have to trust our technicians, we invite you to watch us. However, out of respect for your privacy, we only do this when requested.

To get the most out of this service, be sure to clean and vacuum your car and clean all the windows. However, we can perform the service regardless of the state of your car.

Q: I didn't have time to clean or vacuum my car. Can you do it when you arrive?
A: Yes, for an additional $35 we will clean and vacuum your car before performing the disinfection service. Also, please realize we are not offering a 'detail' level of cleaning. We will remove trash, vacuum, and do a quick window and surface wipe down.
Q: Are you absolutely certain this won't hurt my leather?
A: Yes, we are absolutely certain this won't hurt the leather, or anything else.
Q: Will the trunk be disinfected?
A: Yes, the trunk is part of the service.
Q: Can you disinfect my baby seat(s)?
A: Yes, they are included in the service price.
Q: Your website says 'No Touch', but aren't you going to need electrical power?
A: We have mobile power, and will not need or ask you to let us plug in our equipment.
Q: Can I drive my car right after you're done?
A: Yes, however we recommend not driving the vehicle for one hour after we have completed our services.
